Product Warranty

Register your new AXSGTR® product here for a better customer service or warranty experience (should you ever need it).

Our products are warranted against failures due to defective parts or faulty workmanship for a period of two years after delivery to the original owner. During this two year period, Axess Electronics™ will make any necessary repairs without charge for parts, labor, and return shipping. However, the owner is responsible for shipping charges to Axess Electronics™ or the designated repair location.

This warranty applies only to the original owner and is not transferable.

This warranty does not cover damage to a product as a result from accident or misuse.

This warranty will be canceled at the sole discretion of Axess Electronics™ if a product;

  1. Has a missing or incomplete serial number.
  2. Was provided for demo purposes (and sold without our consent).
  3. Has any signs of tampering, unauthorized service, and/or modifications.
  4. Has any damage resulting from physical abuse or failure to follow the user manual.

If a product is returned for warranty repair and we determine that it is functioning properly and doesn't require repair/service, or we cancel the warranty as indicated above (which may also result in a charge for parts and labor), return shipping will be the responsibility of the owner.

Axess Electronics™ liability to the owner and under this warranty is limited only to the repair or replacement of a defective product. Contact us here prior to shipping a product for repair.

Axess Electronics™ reserves the right to make any changes and/or improvements to the design of a product without any obligation to include those changes in any previously manufactured units.

Intl. Dealers

This warranty also applies to products purchased through our international dealers in the country where it was purchased.

Products purchased and/or shipped from one country to another, where an international dealer is already established, are not covered by this warranty. We strongly recommend you purchase from one of our international dealers in the country where you reside or directly from us.

Out Of Warranty

We strive to offer the most reasonable, if not free, rates for parts and labor, even for products that are no longer covered under warranty. However, the owner is responsible for shipping to and from Axess Electronics™ or the designated repair location.
