Standard products that are in stock and ready to go, will be shipped within 1-3 days, as indicated on the product's page.
Standard products that are in stock but still require some assembly, usually ship within 1-3 days, as indicated on the product's page. But sometimes it can take a little longer. If you need it in a rush, please reach out to us here and we'll let you know if it's possible, or not.
We accept and process worldwide orders in (your) local currency, but we have not yet activated every single country, otherwise the country/currency drop-down menu would be too long. If you cannot Checkout an order because your country is not listed, please contact us here and we will add it immediately.
If you don't receive an email (or text) with a tracking number from us within 3 days of placing your order, first check your email junk folder, then contact us here and we'll look into it for you.

All orders ship from Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

United States
Duty/Tax:
The United States has a "De Minimis Value" of $800usd which means anything under that amount or value is not subject to duties and tax. Anything over is subject to duties and tax but thanks to USCMA (formerly NAFTA) our products are completely duty free! Please note, duty/tax would normally be the customer's responsibility.

Duty/Tax:
Most countries have a "De Minimis Value" which is the amount or value of an item or items that an individual can import into their country without having to pay duty or tax. You can search for your country's "De Minimis Value" at Zonos or search for the value of duty/tax that your country charges on items with the HS Tariff Code #85437099. Please note, duty/tax is the customer's responsibility.

Custom Made Products
Custom and semi-custom products are designed and built to order and require a 50% deposit. Lead times vary and depend on a variety of factors. We will provide you with an estimated shipment date and regular updates via email. The balance is due prior to shipping.
Made To Order Products
Products that are made to order such as cables usually take us 2 to 4 weeks to schedule, build and ship.
