Shipping Policy

We accept and ship orders worldwide and process payments in local currencies, but we have not yet activated Checkout for every country. If you can't Checkout an order, please contact us here, and we will look into why immediately.

Orders ship from Toronto, Canada.

If you don't receive an email (or text) with a tracking number from us within 5 days of placing your order, first check your email junk folder, then contact us here and we'll look into it for you.

USA

Tariffs:

Our products are currently tariff-free. Please note, tariffs are always the customer's responsibility.

Duty/Tax:

EU countries have a "De Minimis Value" which is the amount or value of an item or items that an individual can import into their country without having to pay duty or tax. You can search for your country's "De Minimis Value" at Zonos or search for the value of duty/tax that your country charges on items with the HS Tariff Code #9209.94. Please note, duty/tax is the customer's responsibility.
