Return Policy
To cancel your order before it has shipped or to request a return, login to your account here.
We withhold a very small amount, currently 6%, from the total amount charged of all cancelled or returned orders, to cover the amount that credit card payment processors charge us.
We have a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14-days after receiving an item to request a return and to get the item on its way back to us.
To be 100% clear, the item's return tracking information must indicate it is in the possession of the returning courier within the 14-days. Absolutely no exceptions.
Non-Returnable Items
Rush orders (typical for professional touring bands/musicians), sale or discounted, custom made, customized, downloadables, gifts and gift cards, and merch/swag are all non-returnable.
Return Eligibility & Details
To be eligible for a return and refund, the item must be unused and in the same condition it was received. It must also be in the original packaging and include all the packaging contents.
If your request is approved, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send the package.
We don’t charge a re-stocking fee unless an item is returned with signs of wear and tear; is missing parts or original packaging and/or contents; or for any other reason that we deem valid in our sole discretion. In such cases, a re-stocking fee of at least 25% will be applied.
Any product that has signs of damage or tampering will be refused and you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to you or elsewhere.
Always check your junk/spam folder for missed emails from us. We always reply within 24-48 hours.
Return Shipping & Refunds
We only process refunds to the original payment method. Please remember that it can take several days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
The cost of return shipping is your responsibility and we leave the decision to buy insurance at your discretion. But please be advised that we will not refund an item that has not been received and we will not cover any damage that occurs during return shipping.
The original shipping costs (from us to you) are non-refundable, so when you receive the refund, the amount you were charged for shipping will not be included in the refund amount. If we paid more for shipping than the amount we originally charged you, the refund amount will also reflect this.
