Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy.

This means you have 14-days after receiving an item to request a return AND to get the item on its way back to us.

To be 100% clear, the item's return tracking information MUST indicate it is in the possession of the returning courier or postal system within the 14-days. Absolutely no exceptions, for whatever reason.

Non-Returnable Items

Items on sale, custom made products/items, downloadable’s, gifts and gift cards, and merchandise items (see below for additional details) are all non-returnable.

Return Eligibility / Details

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and include all the packaging contents.

If your return is authorized, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send the package, and always check your junk/spam folder to make sure you haven't missed our emails. We always reply to emails within 24 hours.

Refunds / Return Shipping

We’ll notify you as soon as we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember that it can take several days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to.

The shipping costs (from us to you) are non-refundable, so when you receive the refund, the amount you were charged for shipping will not be included in the refund amount.

The cost of return shipping is also the buyers responsibility and we leave the decision to purchase insurance at your discretion. But please be advised that we will not refund an item that has not been received and we will not cover any damage that occurs during return shipping.

We don’t charge a re-stocking fee unless an item is returned with signs of damage, tampering, wear and tear, is missing parts or original packaging and/or packaging contents - which will result in a re-stocking fee of at least 25% or our refusal to accept the return.

If we refuse to accept your return as indicated above, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to you or elsewhere.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item.

Damages / Defects

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged or if you received a wrong item; we'll evaluate the issue within 24hrs and correct any mistake(s) we may have made.

Merchandise Items

Merchandise items are made especially for you as soon as you place an order.

Making merchandise and swag items on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce carrying costs and overproduction. But it does mean that we rely on the QC of our supplier for every piece before it is sent out.

So if you receive a merchandise item and the quality is very poor (crooked printing or embroidering etc.) please contact us to (try and) make it right.
