Return Policy
We have a 14-day return policy.
This means you have 14-days after receiving an item to request a return AND to get the item on its way back to us.
To be 100% clear, the item's return tracking information MUST indicate it is in the possession of the returning courier within the 14-days. Absolutely no exceptions.
Non-Returnable Items
Items on sale, custom made products/items, downloadable’s, gifts and gift cards, and merchandise items (see below for additional details) are all non-returnable.
Return Eligibility / Details
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and include all the packaging contents.

If your return is authorized, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send the package.
Always check your junk/spam folder to make sure you haven't missed our emails. We always reply to emails within 24-48 hours.
Refunds / Return Shipping
We’ll notify you as soon as we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember that it can take several days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
The actual shipping costs (from us to you) are non-refundable, so when you receive the refund, the amount you were charged for shipping will not be included in the refund amount. If we paid more for shipping than the amount we originally charged you, the refund amount will reflect this.
The cost of return shipping is also your responsibility and we leave the decision to buy insurance at your discretion. But please be advised that we will not refund an item that has not been received and we will not cover any damage that occurs during return shipping. In most cases, we can issue a return shipping label and will do so if possible, the refund amount will also reflect this.
We don’t charge a re-stocking fee unless an item is returned with signs of wear and tear, is missing parts or original packaging and/or contents. In such cases, a re-stocking fee of at least 25% will be applied.
Any product that has signs of damage or tampering will be refused and you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to you or elsewhere.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to purchase the new item first, then return the item you have.
Damages / Defects
Please inspect and test your order upon reception and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged or if you received a wrong item; we'll evaluate the issue within 24-48 hours and correct any mistake(s) we may have made.
Merchandise Items
Merchandise items are made especially for you as soon as you place an order.
Making merchandise and swag items on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce carrying costs and overproduction. But it does mean that we rely on the QC of our supplier for every piece before it is sent out.
So if you receive a merchandise item and the quality is very poor (crooked printing or embroidering etc.) please contact us to (try and) make it right.
