We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15-days after receiving an item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and include all the packaging contents.
To begin a return, reach out to us via our contact form. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on where to send the package and options on how to send it. We will leave the decision to purchase insurance and pay for tracking at your discretion. But please be advised that we will not refund an item that has not been received and we will not cover any damage that occurred during return shipping.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Downloadable software, gift cards, and sale items are non-returnable, and custom made items are also generally not eligible for a return, but you can always reach out to us via our contact form with any return related concerns or questions.
Damaged / Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged or if you received a wrong item; we'll evaluate the issue within 24hrs and make it right!
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We’ll notify you as soon as we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember that it can take several days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the return, once the returned item is received. The gift giver will not be notified.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we’ll send a refund to the gift giver - as such he/she will know that a return was made.
The cost of return shipping is the buyers responsibility, but we don’t charge a re-stocking fee, unless the item is returned with any signs of damage, tampering, wear and tear, is missing parts, or original packaging and/or packaging contents - which will result in a re-stocking fee of at least 20%.
The shipping costs (from us to you) are also non-refundable, so when you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
